When can I order?
New meals drop Wednesday 2PM CT, and ordering stays open until Friday 8PM CT for Sunday pickup. Order any time in that window — the earlier the better.
How do I pay?
After you place your order, we automatically text and email you an invoice. Pay it with Cash App ($kaizenfuelkitchen) or Apple Cash ((210) 983-9498). Include your order number in the payment note so we can match it.
How often does the menu change?
Yes — the menu rotates every week. New meals drop Wednesday 2PM CT, and you can order through Friday 8PM for Sunday pickup.
Can I freeze my meals?
Best within 4 days refrigerated. Freeze extras on arrival — they keep up to 30 days frozen.
How does delivery work?
$10 flat delivery, Sunday evening, across our San Antonio service area. Meals arrive sealed in insulated packaging. We'll confirm delivery eligibility and text you.
Where and when is pickup?
FREE pickup at Gold's Gym Quarry, Sunday 6–8 PM. Pickup is always free.
What about allergens?
Allergen tags are shown on each meal when available. Please contact us to confirm ingredients before ordering if you have an allergy.
Chef's Choice or Custom Build?
Chef's Choice is included — we build a balanced variety from this week's menu. Build My Pack lets you pick every meal yourself for +$5.
What portion sizes do you offer?
Every pack comes in 5oz or 8oz protein portions. Choose your portion when you pick your pack.
